HOTEL & TOUR SERVICES – RULES AND REGULATIONS

I. GENERAL POLICY

  1. All guests must present a valid ID upon check-in.
  2. Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
  3. Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner at all times.
  4. The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates hotel policies.

II. ROOM ACCOMMODATION RULES

  1. Maximum occupancy per room must be strictly followed.
  2. Visitors are allowed only in designated areas unless registered at the front desk.
  3. Any damage or loss of hotel property will be charged to the guest.
  4. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
  5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

III. AMENITIES USAGE

  1. Swimming Pool
    • Proper swimwear is required.
    • Children must be supervised by an adult.
    • No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
    • Glassware and food are not allowed near the pool area.
  2. Gym/Fitness Center
    • Use equipment properly and wipe down after use.
    • Appropriate workout attire is required.
    • Guests use the facilities at their own risk.
  3. Restaurant/Dining Area
    • Follow operating hours.
    • Outside food and drinks may be restricted.
    • Proper dress code must be observed.
  4. Other Facilities
    • Guests must follow posted guidelines for each amenity.
    • Misuse of facilities may result in penalties or restricted access.

IV. TOUR SERVICES POLICY

  1. All tours must be booked through the hotel’s authorized desk or personnel.
  2. Full or partial payment may be required prior to the tour.
  3. Guests must follow the itinerary and schedule provided.
  4. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the tour without refund.
  5. Safety instructions from tour guides must be followed at all times.
  6. The hotel is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage during tours caused by third-party providers.

V. SAFETY AND SECURITY

  1. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
  2. Use of in-room safes is encouraged.
  3. Report any suspicious activity to hotel staff immediately.
  4. Illegal activities, possession of prohibited substances, and dangerous behavior are strictly prohibited.

VI. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Conserve water and electricity whenever possible.
  2. Dispose of waste properly in designated bins.
  3. Participate in the hotel’s sustainability programs if available.

VII. PENALTIES AND VIOLATIONS

  1. Any violation of these rules may result in fines, eviction without refund, or legal action.
  2. Management decisions are final in all matters concerning guest conduct and policy enforcement.
