HOTEL & TOUR SERVICES – RULES AND REGULATIONS
I. GENERAL POLICY
- All guests must present a valid ID upon check-in.
- Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner at all times.
- The management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates hotel policies.
II. ROOM ACCOMMODATION RULES
- Maximum occupancy per room must be strictly followed.
- Visitors are allowed only in designated areas unless registered at the front desk.
- Any damage or loss of hotel property will be charged to the guest.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
III. AMENITIES USAGE
- Swimming Pool
- Proper swimwear is required.
- Children must be supervised by an adult.
- No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
- Glassware and food are not allowed near the pool area.
- Gym/Fitness Center
- Use equipment properly and wipe down after use.
- Appropriate workout attire is required.
- Guests use the facilities at their own risk.
- Restaurant/Dining Area
- Follow operating hours.
- Outside food and drinks may be restricted.
- Proper dress code must be observed.
- Other Facilities
- Guests must follow posted guidelines for each amenity.
- Misuse of facilities may result in penalties or restricted access.
IV. TOUR SERVICES POLICY
- All tours must be booked through the hotel’s authorized desk or personnel.
- Full or partial payment may be required prior to the tour.
- Guests must follow the itinerary and schedule provided.
- Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the tour without refund.
- Safety instructions from tour guides must be followed at all times.
- The hotel is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage during tours caused by third-party providers.
V. SAFETY AND SECURITY
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Use of in-room safes is encouraged.
- Report any suspicious activity to hotel staff immediately.
- Illegal activities, possession of prohibited substances, and dangerous behavior are strictly prohibited.
VI. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
- Conserve water and electricity whenever possible.
- Dispose of waste properly in designated bins.
- Participate in the hotel’s sustainability programs if available.
VII. PENALTIES AND VIOLATIONS
- Any violation of these rules may result in fines, eviction without refund, or legal action.
- Management decisions are final in all matters concerning guest conduct and policy enforcement.
