Check-In and Occupancy of Room

The Guest is entitled to check in on or after 2:00 p.m. on the day of registration and shall check out by 12:00 noon on the following day, or 12:00 noon of the date of departure for consecutive-night stays.

The Guest shall register at the front desk upon check-in and present a valid ID; foreign nationals shall provide a copy of their passport. The Guest shall also provide such other information as the hotel deems necessary.

A request during the stay to extend accommodation beyond the original booking dates is regarded as an application for a new accommodation, and the hotel may offer a different room than originally assigned.

If, for reasons other than force majeure, the hotel is unable to provide the contracted room(s) on the scheduled check-in date, it shall arrange, with the Guest’s consent, alternative accommodation of comparable quality wherever practicable. If this cannot be arranged despite the hotel’s best efforts, the hotel shall pay the Guest compensation equivalent to the room rate paid per room-night; the hotel is not liable for any other damage beyond this compensation.

House Rules and Regulations

During the stay, the Guest shall observe and comply with the hotel’s House Rules and Regulations set forth below. Violation entitles the hotel to cancel the Guest’s accommodation, and the hotel is not liable for any damage caused by a guest’s failure to comply.

The hotel is likewise not liable for failure to carry out arrangements or other obligations due to the same circumstances, and shall be granted a reasonable extension of time to perform.

Rebooking or another arrangement may, at the hotel’s sole discretion, be considered without a rebooking fee, subject to availability and within six (6) months of the original booking. The rate at the time of booking will prevail, but if a schedule changes from a lean to a peak period, the price difference will be collected. Promo packages are non-refundable.
